The Green AUS SpA corporation stock is owned by the following companies:
- C.N.I. S.p.A. 70%
- Cerere S.r.l. 30%
C.N.I. S.p.A., a company more than 40 years old, is specialized in ICT services oriented on documents management, design and implementation of software and outsourcing of complex processes with extensive experience in the central and local Public Administration area.
In 1991 C.N.I. S.p.A. is a founding member of Lottomatica S.c.p.A..
When in 2001 Lottomatica S.c.p.A. is converted into S.p.A. and enters the stock exchange C.N.I. S.p.A. became owner of more than 5 million shares.
Also in 2001 C.N.I. S.p.A. gave to Data Service S.p.A. its “storing documents” branch with a turnover of over 100 million Euro and about 1,000 employees.
In September 2004 C.N.I. S.p.A. transfers the Lottomatica shareholding. De Agostini Group buys the entire stock of C.N.I. S.p.A. assets.
CERERE S.r.l. operates in the “Agriculture” field and in particular in agronomic controls and mapping systems leading up to farmers’ aid payments approved by the European Community. CERERE S.r.l. operates in particular in the framework of the activities realized by the public/private company SIN S.p.A.; Green AUS S.p.A. is part of it. The company carries out agronomic services for the companies in RTI Almaviva , including Green AUS S.p.A., as well as for other SIN partners, like Agrifuturo and Telespazio S.p.A.
In its totality, C.N.I. S.p.A., CERERE S.r.l., and Green AUS S.p.A. shareholders, can report over 200 employees that operate in ICT area; every employee is certified in the main market frameworks.
